A key focus for 2018 is attracting organisations from all sectors and particularly from the retail, leisure and transport sectors that have been under represented in previous years.

WHAT DOES THE £50 BASIC PACKAGE ENTITLE US TO?

The basic £50 exhibitor package allows you one table which is roughly 2m long by 80cm deep along with two chairs. You are able to put up a couple of 1m backdrops behind your table and there is access to power for those who have lighting requirements for their pop-up stand (please ask for this when completing your booking form).

WHAT DOES THE £250 SILVER SPONSOR PACKAGE ENTITLE US TO?

The £250 Silver Sponsor level includes everything from the basic package and in addition your organisation’s logo will be featured in all emails to attendees before and after the event with a link to your web presence.

WHAT DOES THE £500 GOLD PACKAGE ENTITLE US TO?

The £500 Gold Sponsor package has everything from the Basic and Silver Sponsorship packages as well as ensuring your organisation’s logo and branding will be used on all printed communications such as event flyers and posters. All media releases will also reference your status as a Gold Sponsor for this event and any media attending the event will be encouraged to visit your stand and to feature you as a Gold Sponsor of this event.

WHEN WILL I BE INVOICED?
You will be invoiced soon after your booking request is received and once the organiser has spoken to your designated contact to confirm details and any specific requirments your organisation may have for the event.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment can be made by cheque and the invoice issued will also have details on how to pay by BACs.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive from 09:00 to set up their stand in preparation for the doors opening for attendees of the first seminar at 10:00. The doors then open to the General Public at 10:30 and close to them at 14:30.
CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?

Unfortunately there is no on-site parking available at the County Assembly Rooms on Bailgate but there is a puclic carpark just around the corner that usually has space available. For set-up and break-down there will be someone on hand to assist you unloading your vehicle outside the main door before you head to the carpark.
